Besan Ladoo
Ingredients:
- 2 cups besan
- 1 cup ghee
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- Some chopped cashew
- Some raisins
Procedure:
- Take the besan in a heavy-bot tomed pan, add ghee.
- Keep over low flame, and stir continuously until you get the typical aroma.
- Take off the stove and cool.
- Add sugar and cashew nuts.
- Mix well and shape into ladoos.
Ladoo ready!
Tips
- Store them in clossed container.
